Descrizione:
WDR5-0103 is a novel small molecule that is able to modulate the expression of genes involved in the DNA replication process. The pharmacokinetic properties of WDR5-0103 were studied in vivo and it has been found to be well tolerated with no signs of toxicity at doses up to 2000 mg/kg. This drug has shown efficacy against hepatitis and cavity in mice, as well as cancer cell lines in vitro. It also inhibits histone methylation, which may be an important target for cancer therapy.
