Informazioni sul prodotto
Acetamidine hydrobromide is a drug that inhibits the activity of thrombin receptor. Acetamidine hydrobromide has been shown to be effective in treating autoimmune diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, and inflammatory diseases, such as inflammatory pain. It binds to the thrombin receptor and blocks the activation of this protein by thrombin. The drug also inhibits the production of reactive oxygen species, which are believed to contribute to inflammation. Acetamidine hydrobromide is a good candidate for treating patients with alzheimer's disease because it has been shown that it can inhibit amyloid-beta aggregation and reduce oxidative stress in neuronal cells.
