Informazioni sul prodotto
DMH4 is a growth factor that inhibits the proliferation of cells. It has been shown to inhibit cancer cell growth, leading to tumor regression and reduced metastasis. DMH4 is also able to induce angiogenesis, which may be due to its ability to stimulate endothelial cell proliferation via the activation of the ubiquitin-proteasome system. DMH4 is a polycarboxylic acid with a molecular weight of 400 daltons. It binds to proteins by hydrophobic interactions and inhibits their function by inhibiting protein synthesis, leading to carcinogenesis. DMH4 has also been shown to have pluripotent properties in vitro and can differentiate into cells from all three germ layers, including lung epithelium. The effective dose for DMH4 is unknown but it has been shown that increasing doses result in decreasing effects on cells.
