Informazioni sul prodotto
COH29 is a small molecule that was shown to induce autophagy in liver cells. COH29 also induces autophagy in prostate cancer cells and adrenocortical carcinoma cells. This agent has been shown to be effective against radiation-induced damage, which may be due to its ability to induce the production of reactive oxygen species. COH29 has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties, which may be due to its ability to inhibit cytokine production. COH29 may also have therapeutic potential for degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
