Informazioni sul prodotto
MIF Antagonist III, 4-IPP is a small molecule that inhibits the colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor. It has been shown to be effective in the treatment of bowel disease and skin cancer. MIF Antagonist III, 4-IPP binds to the CXCR4 receptor and blocks its activation by binding to its ligand, MIF. This prevents the release of cytotoxic substances in the colon and reduces tumor growth. MIF Antagonist III, 4-IPP is also a potent inhibitor of cyclin D2 expression, which may have implications for breast cancer prognosis and diagnosis.
