Informazioni sul prodotto
- Quinoline, 3,4-Dibromo-
3,4-Dibromoquinoline is an experimental chemical that has been shown to react with amines and alcohols. It can be used to prepare a variety of heterocycles, including pyridines, benzofurans, and indoles. 3,4-Dibromoquinoline can also be used to form amides via the reaction of amines with magnesium in the presence of potassium bromide. This compound has been shown to be selective for the formation of regioselective amides from primary or secondary aliphatic amines. The cross-coupling reactions of this reagent have been shown to give high yields of products from a number of different substrates including alkynes, aldehydes, and nitriles.
