Informazioni sul prodotto
Senexin A is a natural product that has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of breast cancer cells. It binds to the HER2 protein and inhibits epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) phosphorylation. Senexin A also prevents the activation of cation channels by binding to their extracellular domains, leading to decreased cell viability in cancer cells. This compound also binds to nitrogen atoms and forms a monoclonal antibody with an anti-HER2 epitope, which is being investigated for use as a diagnostic tool for breast cancer.
