Descrizione:Wang resin is a high purity, ion-exchange resin that is used in the preparation of peptides and proteins. The resin contains a cationic quaternary ammonium group that can be used to bind anionic molecules such as phosphates, sulfates, phosphonates, and carboxylates. Wang resin is also capable of binding to the amino groups on proteins. This resin has been shown to have excellent receptor binding capacity for peptides and proteins. In addition, Wang resin has been shown to be an activator of G-protein coupled receptors and ion channels. Wang resin has been used in research for life science and cell biology applications including antibody production and inhibitor studies.
