Descrizione:This resin is a building block for peptide synthesis that can be used as a solid support in solid phase peptide synthesis. It has been used in the synthesis of a number of biologically active molecules. The resin is prepared by coupling an amine and thiol in the presence of triethylamine and 1-hydroxybenzotriazole. The resin contains 1% DVB, which serves as the protecting agent for the amino acid side chain during coupling reactions.
