Descrizione:H-Ile-2-ClTrt-Resin (100-200 mesh) 1% DVB is a resin that is used in peptide synthesis. It can be used to synthesize peptides with one or more C terminal amine groups. This resin has been shown to be useful for the synthesis of N-terminal thiol building blocks such as H-Val(OMe)-2,4,6-ClTrt and H-Val(OSiMe3)-2,4,6-ClTrt. The resin has also been shown to be effective for the synthesis of C terminal alcohols such as H-(CH2)4OH.
