Informazioni sul prodotto
Diethyl Isopropylidenesuccinate (DIPS) is a compound that is part of the pyrazole ring family. It has been shown to be a potential therapeutic for pancreatic polypeptide-related diseases. DIPS binds to the allyl group on the enzyme, which then prevents its interaction with the substrate, thereby inhibiting its activity. DIPS has been shown to bind to metal hydrides and be activated thermally in an irradiation process. DIPS also has steric interactions with trifluoromethyl groups and diacids.
