Descrizione:RA190 is a small molecule inhibitor of the ubiquitin ligase RNF4. It inhibits the proteasome, which is responsible for protein degradation, by targeting the ubiquitin ligases that mediate ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of proteins. This inhibition leads to accumulation of cellular proteins and cell death. RA190 has been shown effective in killing cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. Furthermore, RA190 can inhibit autoimmune diseases by modulating the immune system's response to self-antigens.
