ICI-118551 Hydrochloride is a drug that binds to the β-adrenergic receptor, which may be an important therapeutic target for the treatment of depression. ICI-118551 Hydrochloride is not active against primary tumours, but it does show anti-cancer effects. This drug stabilizes cancer cells by inhibiting the activation of G proteins downstream of the β adrenoceptor.
