Informazioni sul prodotto
(R)-Methyl 2-amino-2-cyclobutylacetate HCl is an inhibitor molecule that prevents the formation of nitric oxide. It has been shown to have cardiac effects in rats and mice, including a decrease in heart rate and blood pressure. The inhibition of nitric oxide synthesis blocks the platelet aggregation response to collagen, which may be due to its ability to inhibit DNA template activity. (R)-Methyl 2-amino-2-cyclobutylacetate HCl also has biological properties that are similar to methyl myristate. This compound can act as a substrate for the enzyme acyl coenzyme A synthetase, leading to its hydrolysis and release of acetic acid. (R)-Methyl 2-amino-2-cyclobutylacetate HCl is not acutely toxic at doses up to 2000 mg/kg body weight. It has been shown to have antimicrobial properties against some infectious diseases such
