Informazioni sul prodotto
1-Methyl-3-pentylimidazolium Bromide is a mesoporous material that is synthesised by the reaction of 3-pentylacetonitrile with 1,2-dibromoethane. The synthesis of this material was achieved by using the Stille coupling reaction, in which the organobromine reagent was activated by copper metal. This compound has been shown to have a high viscosity and it can be used as a solvent for organic reactions. It also shows interactions with hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic interactions. 1-Methyl-3-pentylimidazolium Bromide also has thermodynamic properties that are dependent on temperature and pressure.
