Informazioni sul prodotto
6,7-Dichloroquinoxaline is an antitumor agent that has been shown to have a significant effect on tumor weight in rats. It also induces apoptosis of cancer cells and hif-1α expression in human colon cancer cells. This drug may be a potential treatment for intestinal cancer and other cancers with high levels of acetylcholine receptors. 6,7-Dichloroquinoxaline inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells by binding to receptor subtypes such as muscarinic and nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, which are found on the surface of these cells. The histological analysis of the tumor tissue showed that this drug induces cell apoptosis and reduces the size of tumors.
