Iodophenpropit Dihydrobromide is a drug that binds to and inhibits the activity of the histamine H1 receptor. It has been shown to have an inhibitory effect on antibody response in experimental models. Iodophenpropit Dihydrobromide also blocks dopamine uptake by wild-type mice, leading to increased dopamine levels. This drug has also been shown to have an inhibitory effect on inflammatory cells, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the production of prostaglandin E2. The use of iodophenpropit Dihydrobromide for cancer treatment is not well studied.
