Informazioni sul prodotto
Bisindolylmaleimide X hydrochloride (BIM-X) is a nitric oxide donor that has been shown to produce vasodilation and regulate blood pressure. BIM-X activates the cation channel, which allows for the influx of calcium into cells. This leads to an increase in fatty acid mobilization, which may be due to a decrease in lipoprotein lipase activity. The increased calcium levels also activate protein kinase C, leading to cell proliferation and differentiation. BIM-X has been shown to induce apoptosis in skin cancer cells in vitro and hepatocyte-like cells in vivo. It also inhibits tumor growth by inducing apoptosis and inhibiting tumor cell proliferation. BIM-X is able to inhibit the activation of myosin phosphatase and can be used as a treatment for diabetic neuropathy, cervical cancer, and apical pancreatitis.
