Informazioni sul prodotto
1,3,6,8-Tetraethynylpyrene (TEPA) is a fluorescent dye that has been used as a probe in the study of solvents. The sensitivity of TEPA to ultraviolet light has been measured and found to be dependent on the solvent. The anisotropy of TEPA has also been studied by measuring its emission spectrum in different solvents. This dye displays bathochromic fluorescence and can be crystallized in both a monoclinic and triclinic phase.
