Informazioni sul prodotto
1,1,1,2,2-Pentafluoro-7-(4-methoxyphenyl)heptan-3-one (CFHFHP) is a research tool that can activate the G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) in cells. It is also an antagonist of the ATP-sensitive potassium channel. CFHFHP has been shown to inhibit ion channels in an antibody competition assay and has a high affinity for the alpha subunit of the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor. CFHFHP is a potent inhibitor of peptide binding to proteins and has been used to study protein interactions.
