Informazioni sul prodotto
9-Chloro nevirapine (9CNP) is a synthetic drug that is used as an anti-retroviral agent. 9CNP binds to the HIV reverse transcriptase enzyme and blocks the synthesis of viral DNA and RNA, which prevents HIV from multiplying. 9CNP also has a high affinity for the human liver cytochrome P450 enzyme CYP3A4. This means that it may be metabolized by this enzyme, leading to increased levels of active metabolites in the blood.
