This drug also has systemic effects on tissues and is effective at lower temperatures. A pharmacophore analysis downloaded from PubChem was used to generate chemical structures for Boc-5-aminolevulinic acid. The structures were then analyzed using ChemDraw software to identify possible analogs or derivatives for cancer treatment.
