Informazioni sul prodotto
Raphin1 is a protein that belongs to the ubiquitin ligase family. It is a subunit of the E3 ubiquitin ligase and is involved in the regulation of cellular processes such as protein synthesis, transcription, and DNA replication. Raphin1 has been shown to be overexpressed in pediatric glioma cells, where it can regulate the phosphatase activity of p300. This may allow for Raphin1 to act as a tumor suppressor gene in children with pediatric brain tumors. Raphin1 also has regulatory roles in other types of cancer, including breast cancer and leukemia.
