Informazioni sul prodotto
VH 032 amide-alkylC6-acid is a small molecule that has been shown to bind to the extracellular domain of the human cannabinoid receptor CB2 with high affinity. VH 032 amide-alkylC6-acid is a ligand for the CB2 receptor, and it also inhibits activation of voltage-gated sodium channels. It is an inhibitor of ion channels and blocks voltage-gated sodium channels. This compound has been shown to be an effective inhibitor in cell culture studies of many cancer lines, including melanoma, breast cancer, colon cancer, and leukemia.
