7-Methylrosmanol is a tricyclic diterpene found in the essential oil of the herb Rosmarinus officinalis, also known as rosemary. It has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties and may be useful for treating inflammatory disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis. 7-Methylrosmanol has been found to be an active ingredient in sageone, an extract from the sage plant that has been used for centuries as a natural remedy for various ailments. In addition to its anti-inflammatory properties, 7-Methylrosmanol has also been found to have antiviral and anticancer activities.
