BioLit QuickRxn Restriction Enzyme is highly purified and quickly digests the substrate DNA. QuickRxn SalI is capable of digesting DNA in 15 minutes or less with the flexibility to digest overnight without degradation to DNA. It is accompained with the specific QuickRxn Buffer to enable 100 % enzyme activity SalI binds at the recognition sequence GTCGAC and cleaves these sequences. It creates sticky ends. Not sensitive to dam, dcm but Inhibition by CpG methylation. It is derived from the E.coli strain encoding SalI gene from Streptomyces albus G
