Applications Clavulanic Acid 2-Amino-2,4,4-trimethylpentane Salt is an intermediate in the synthesis of Clavulanic Acid Potassium Salt (C563750), a β-lactamase inhibitor, typically added to amoxicillin to increase its effectiveness.
