Tunicamicina é um antibiótico nucleosídeo que é conhecido principalmente por sua capacidade de inibir a glicosilação N-ligada em células eucarióticas. É produzido pela bactéria *Streptomyces lysosuperificus* e é caracterizado por sua estrutura complexa, que inclui uma porção de açúcar e um açúcar amino.
