A endotelina-3 (ET-3) é um potente peptídeo vasoconstritor que desempenha um papel significativo em vários processos fisiológicos, incluindo a homeostase vascular e a regulação da pressão arterial. Faz parte da família das endotelinas, que consiste em três isoformas: endotelina-1, endotelina-2 e endotelina-3.
