Sulfato de hidrogênio de clopidogrel é um composto farmacêutico utilizado principalmente como agente antiplaquetário para prevenir coágulos sanguíneos em pacientes em risco de eventos cardiovasculares. É um pró-fármaco que requer ativação metabólica no fígado para exercer seus efeitos terapêuticos. A substância é caracterizada por sua capacidade de inibir irreversivelmente o receptor P2Y12 nas plaquetas, reduzindo assim a agregação plaquetária. Sulfato de hidrogênio de clopidogrel é tipicamente administrado por via oral e é conhecido por sua relativamente alta biodisponibilidade e longa meia-vida, permitindo uma dosagem uma vez ao dia.
