CAS:Produto Controlado
Ferric oxide is a chemical compound that can be used as an iron source for chemical or biological applications. Ferric oxide has been shown to have a wide range of enzyme activities, including michaelis–menten kinetics, which are important for wastewater treatment. Ferric oxide also has the ability to react with water vapor, which leads to the release of monoamine neurotransmitters and potential biomarkers. The ferric ion is an oxidizing agent and can cause cell lysis in some systems. Ferric oxide is chemically stable in anhydrous sodium carbonate solutions but will react with atmospheric moisture when exposed to air. When ferric oxide reacts with plasma in mass spectrometry, it produces a detectable signal. This reaction model system has been shown to be useful for analysis of trace metal ions in plasma samples.
Fórmula:Fe2O3Pureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:159.69 g/molRef: 3D-FF156584
