CAS:
ThioGlo1 is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the sarcoplasmic portion of the myofibril. It has been used as a model protein in fluorescence spectroscopy studies and has been shown to be involved in inflammatory diseases. ThioGlo1 can be prepared from muscle tissue or synthesized chemically. As an irreversible oxidation reaction, it is also used in fluorescence detection methods, such as antimicrobial agents and enzyme catalysis. ThioGlo1 has been shown to have genotoxic effects on cells, which may include DNA damage and chromosomal aberrations, as well as cytotoxicity and neurotoxicity.
Fórmula:C20H13NO7Pureza:Min. 95%Cor e Forma:PowderPeso molecular:379.32 g/molMethyl 10-(2,5-dioxo-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrol-1-yl)-9-methoxy-3-oxo-3H-benzo[f]chromene-2-carboxylate
