BIM 187
CAS:
BIM 187 is a modification of the biodegradable polymer poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA). It is a water soluble, stable and biocompatible polymer. BIM 187 is modified by covalent attachment of hydrophilic polyethylene glycol (PEG) to PLGA. The PEG groups can be used as sites for the attachment of various molecules, including proteins, peptides, and small molecule drugs. This modification can be used to create implants that are stable in vivo and have controlled release properties. BIM 187 has been shown to induce an immune response against cancer cells when used with antigens. This polymer has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects on macrophages and fibroblasts.
Fórmula:C53H76N14O10Pureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:1,069.27 g/mol
