AZD-9291, também conhecido como Osimertinib, é uma terapia direcionada usada principalmente no tratamento do câncer de pulmão de células não pequenas (NSCLC) com mutações específicas no receptor do fator de crescimento epidérmico (EGFR). É classificado como um inibidor da tirosina quinase (TKI) de terceira geração e é projetado para inibir seletivamente tanto as mutações ativadoras quanto a mutação de resistência T790M do EGFR.
