Descrição:
Ácido 4-morfolinoetanosulfônico, hidrato (1:1), comumente referido como MES, é um tampão zwitteriônico amplamente utilizado em aplicações bioquímicas e de biologia molecular. Apresenta um anel de morfolina, que contribui para sua solubilidade e estabilidade em soluções aquosas.
