CAS:Produto ControladoDiclofenac-D4 is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that has been shown to inhibit prostaglandin synthesis. Diclofenac-D4 is a prodrug and must be activated by esterases in the gastrointestinal tract, liver, and blood before it can bind to the cyclooxygenase or peroxidase enzymes. It has been shown that NSAIDs have an effect on inflammatory diseases of the dry weight. The matrix effect is defined as the difference in response between two different matrices such as water and oil. The analytical method used for this compound was solid phase microextraction followed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Test samples were prepared by adding 0.1 mL of aqueous-phase extract to 3 mL of methanol containing 10% acetic acid (aq.-phase) followed by sonication for 5 minutes. The samples were then heated at 60
