DMSO-d6, ou dimetilsulfóxido deuterado, é um isotopólogo pesado do dimetilsulfóxido (DMSO) onde os átomos de hidrogênio são substituídos por deutério, um isótopo estável do hidrogênio. Sua fórmula química é C2D6OS, e é comumente usado como solvente em espectroscopia de RMN devido à sua capacidade de dissolver uma ampla gama de compostos orgânicos e inorgânicos, enquanto é relativamente inerte.
