Fluoreto de tetrabutilamônio (TBAF) é um composto orgânico com a fórmula (C4H9)4NF. É um sal de amônio quaternário, caracterizado por seus quatro grupos butila ligados a um átomo de nitrogênio, que também está ligado a um íon fluoreto. O TBAF é tipicamente encontrado como um sólido cristalino branco ou uma solução incolor em solventes polares.
