Flunamine
CAS:
Flunamine is a cholesterol acyltransferase inhibitor that binds to the active site of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase, an enzyme involved in cholesterol synthesis. Flunamine has been shown to inhibit lipid synthesis and reduce the size of prostate cancer tumors in mice. Flunamine also inhibits HIV replication by binding to the adenosine receptor antagonist and preventing its ability to bind to the adenosine receptors. This drug also has anti-inflammatory properties, which may be due to its inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis.
Fórmula:C15H15F2NOPureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:263.28 g/mol
