:Metilamina

CAS:Produto Controlado
The molecular formula of methylamine is CH3NH2. It has an intramolecular hydrogen bond that stabilizes the molecule. Methanol is a good solvent for methylamine, and its ph optimum is 10. Methylamine reacts with hydrochloric acid to form a molecule consisting of two hydrogen atoms and one nitrogen atom (H3N-HCl). The locomotor activity of rats was reduced by methylamine after administration at doses greater than 200 mg/kg. The uptake of methylamine in human serum was increased by α-tocopherol, an antioxidant. Methylamine reacts with amines to form products with different properties, including alkanoic acid and fatty acid. CAS:Produto Controlado
Methylamine is a simple organic compound with the formula CH3NH2. It is a colorless gas with an unpleasant fishy odor. The simplest example of an organic base, it is used in the manufacture of plastics and resins, as a starting material for the production of methyl methacrylate, and in the synthesis of other chemical compounds. Methylamine has been found to be a substrate for peptide hormones such as ACTH and TRH. This property makes it useful in analytical methods for measuring these hormones in human serum or plasma. Methylamine hydrochloride has been shown to have biochemical properties that are similar to those of methylamine but its reaction solution is more stable than that of methylamine. Methylamine hydrochloride can be used as a model system for studying reactions involving methylamine, such as the synthesis of esters from carboxylic acids and alcohols via acid-catalyzed reactions
Fórmula:CH5NPureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:31.06 g/mol
