Descrição:
Antimônio, com o símbolo químico Sb e o número CAS 7440-36-0, é um metalóide que exibe propriedades características tanto de metais quanto de não metais. Tem uma aparência prateada e branca e é quebradiço, tornando difícil o trabalho com ele em sua forma pura. Antimônio é utilizado principalmente em ligas, particularmente com chumbo, para aumentar a dureza e a resistência mecânica.
