CAS:
2-Epi-darunavir is a peptide that acts as an activator of the HIV-1 protease. It has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of HIV-1 protease, with IC50 values in the low nanomolar range. The 2-Epi-darunavir peptide binds to the active site of HIV-1 protease, blocking access by other molecules and preventing cleavage at the P1' position on the substrate. This results in a conformational change that prevents its interaction with the binding site on HIV-1 gp41. The 2-Epi darunavir peptide also inhibits protein interactions with ion channels and receptor proteins, which may inhibit cellular processes such as cell proliferation and apoptosis.
Fórmula:C27H37N3O7SPureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:547.7 g/mol
