    Biolit Flurobronze stain is a non-carcinogenic nucleic acid stain that is eco-friendly and replaces the use of ethidium bromide. Used for viewing nucleic acids on agarose gel. The advantage here is the stain is not added to the gel matrix or the running buffers, but is mixed as a 6X loading buffer with the nucleic acid samples prior to loading on to the gel. This significantly reduces possible contamination of glassware and gel running tank. After electrophoresis the results can viewed and documented as is done with ethidium bromide.
