The substance has been shown to cause locomotor activity in mice at a dose of 100 mg/kg. It is also known to inhibit the activity of the receptor that binds acetylcholine, thereby decreasing muscle contractions. This product has been shown to cause skin cancer when applied topically in animal studies.
