Descrição:The c-Jun antibody is a highly specialized antibody that targets c-jun phosphorylation, a process involved in the regulation of gene expression. It interacts with the nuclear receptor peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-alpha (PPAR-alpha) and inhibits its activity. The c-Jun antibody has been extensively studied in Life Sciences research and has been shown to inhibit the DNA binding activity of PPAR-alpha. Furthermore, it has been demonstrated that this antibody can effectively block the activation of c-Jun by okadaic acid, a potent phosphatase inhibitor. The c-Jun antibody is also capable of neutralizing arginase activity in nuclear extracts, making it an invaluable tool for studying the role of arginase in cellular processes.
