(3-Methylbutyl)(6-methylheptan-2-yl)amine is an organic solvent that is soluble in water. It is used as a matrix polymer for the preparation of pharmaceutical preparations, such as those with sodium citrate, and is also used as an occlusive agent in biocompatible coatings.
