Informação sobre produto
2-Azatricyclo[3.3.1.1,3,7]decane is a potent antitumor agent that has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of mammalian cells. It is also known to induce apoptosis and inhibit the formation of reactive oxygen species. 2-Azatricyclo[3.3.1.1,3,7]decane's mechanism of action is not fully understood; however it is thought that this drug may react with carboxylates in the cell membrane, thereby inhibiting its function and leading to cell death by apoptosis. More research needs to be conducted on this drug as there are limited studies available on its activity and effects on human cells in vivo.br>br>It has been found that 2-azatricyclo[3.3.1.1, 3, 7]decane inhibits the production of adenine nucleotide from ATP hydrolysis and prevents ATP regeneration
