Informação sobre produto
1-(2,6-Diisopropylphenyl)imidazole is a palladium complex that belongs to the class of molecules. It has been shown to cross-couple with aryl chlorides and aryl boronic acids in the presence of a base. The reaction is catalyzed by palladium and proceeds through transmetallation reactions, which are reversible reactions involving metal ion exchange between two different compounds. 1-(2,6-Diisopropylphenyl)imidazole is also an excellent ligand for palladium complexes, as it has been shown to be able to coordinate with chloride ions. This ligand can be used in crystal x-ray diffraction studies and structural studies to obtain information on chemical composition.
