Informação sobre produto
6-Fluorocoumarin is a growth factor that has been shown to have an effect on the epidermal growth factor receptor in cancer cells. It is a fluorinated derivative of coumarin, which is found in plants and fungi. 6-Fluorocoumarin has been shown to inhibit the phosphorylation of signal pathways and induce p65 activation in cancer cells. This compound also inhibits cancer cell proliferation by inducing pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as IL-1β, IL-6, TNFα, and IL-12. 6-Fluorocoumarin can be used as an anti-cancer drug due to its ability to inhibit the progression of certain types of cancer that are resistant to regorafenib.
