Informação sobre produto
6-(Difluoromethoxy)-1H-indole is a genotype inhibitor that inhibits hepatitis C virus (HCV) replication by binding to the replicon RNA. It has been shown to be effective in inhibiting HCV replication in cell culture and in human liver cells. The antiviral activity of 6-(Difluoromethoxy)-1H-indole is potently inhibited by protein kinase inhibitors, including staurosporine, H-89, and wortmannin. This agent also has an anti-human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) activity. The pharmacokinetic profile of 6-(Difluoromethoxy)-1H-indole has been studied in vitro and in vivo using Sprague Dawley rats.
